摘　　要：文章在调研的基础上,分析了高职院校青年教师师德建设的现状,针对存在的不足,提出了加强高职院校青年教师师德建设要学院党委重视,加强对青年教师的教育,建立现代师德观,加强制度建设,营造良好的校园环境,抓典型示范,把师德建设与教师的工作、生活相结合等措施。Based on the investigation, this article analyzes the present situation of professional ethics construetion of young teachers in higher vocational colleges, and according to the shortcomings, the countermeasures on how to strengthen young teachers＇ professional ethics construction in higher vocational colleges are put forward, such that college party committee should pay attention to the construction, strengthen the education on young teachers, establish a modern morality, enhance system establishment, create a good campus environment, set typical examples, and combine moral construction with teachers＇ work and life.
