摘　　要：为了适应高校工资管理发展的需要,结合工资管理的任务、特点及内容,对工资管理的手段及方法进行尝试,以便发挥作用和功效。In order to suit the needs of the development of salary administration in newly built universities,some attempts on the methods and ways of the salary administration have been made with combining the role, characteristic and content of the salary administration so that it functions well.
