摘　　要：依据中医学原理,把传统中草药中的具有清热解毒功效的金银花、野菊花等,按科学的配比、萃取,通过工业化饮料的生产工艺和热灌装技术,生产出适合现代人口味的,又能满足人们对健康理念需求的功能饮料—凉茶。According to chinese medical theory, we combine the honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, which have the function of cooling and detoxification, scientifically match them together, extraction and adopt the advanced drink industrial production skill. So as to produce the favored herbal tea which fits the taste of our modem era people？ What＇ s more, it also owns the function of keeping healthy.
