摘  要:以LDPE/LLDPE为基材,选择S iO2为无机填充剂,研制PE/S iO2功能性保鲜膜。测试了该保鲜膜的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、透光率、雾度、热封强度。并利用该保鲜膜对菠菜进行保鲜包装,通过测定O2、CO2含量,菠菜的折光率、失重率,考察该保鲜膜对菠菜保鲜的影响,结果表明:m(S iO2)∶m(树脂)=0.06时,得到的保鲜膜对菠菜的保鲜效果较好。LDPE/LLDPE material was used as a substrate and SiO2 as inorganic filler to improve the vapor transmission rate of PE film. Various properties of fresh - keeping films were examined, such as tensile strength, tear strength, transmittance, haze, and heat sealing strength. The percentage of 02 and CO2, percentage of sugar in spinach, percentage of losing - weight were examined, which were used to investigate the fresh - keeping effect of the film to spinach. It was indicated that SD - 6 film is good to spinach fresh - keeping.
