摘　　要：研究了一类与二次系统相伴的四次系统.证明了它至多有一个极限环,并得到了奇点的性态和拓扑结构,把相伴系统的极限环的唯一性推广到了四次系统.A class of quartic system, which is an accompany system of a quadratic differential one, is studied in this paper. It is proved that the system has at most one limit cycle, the topological struture and character of the critical point at infinity are obtained, and the conclusion for the unigueness of limit cycles of accompany system is extended to quartic system.
