摘　　要：综合国力的竞争是科技人才的竞争,是教育的竞争。教育之本在于教师,教师之本在于师德的建树。加强师德建设是推进以德治国的主要部分,是教育的目的宗旨决定的,必须站在坚持和实践“三个代表”重要思想的高度,全面加强师德建设。The competition of overall national strength is the competition in science, technology and competentpeople, the competition of education.The foundation lies in teachers and the foundation of a teacher lies in the establishment of teacher＇s ethics.Streng then the building of teacher＇s ethics in the important part＇ to advancing run the country according to virtues. It is decidedby object of education. The building of teacher＇ s ethics should be strengthenad according to the refuirement of ＂three- representing＇principle.
