摘　　要：表扬、批评和个别谈心是大学生思想教育和管理过程中常用的方法。文章简要探讨了表扬、批评和个别谈心的原理,并提出了一些具体的要求。Praise and Criticism is acommon method in the moral edueation and management of college students. In this article the fundament of praise and criticism is briefly deseript and some of the rules of praise and criticism are talked about.
