摘　　要：本文应用协同学理论中的有关内容,从不同的角度探讨了民营科技企业成长中独特的经营机制、协作机制以及动力机制,力图为研究民营科技企业的成长提供一种新的视角和方法。In this paper, the authors try to research the development mechanism of non-state-run high-tech companies by the synergetics theory, and discuss the development mechanism of non-state-run high-tech companies by their operation, cooperation and impetus.
