摘　　要：自主创新是建设创新型国家的核心,是发展科学技术的战略支点,是国家自强之本。增强自主创新能力,建立国家创新体系既是适应国际经济竞争的需要,也是我国发展进入新阶段的需要。我国要立身于强国之林,在竞争中立于不败之地,从根本上就必须大力开发人力资源,培育和提高全民的创新意识和创新能力,不断提升国际竞争力。这是建设创新型国家的一项任重道远的艰巨任务。Self-innovation is the core for the construction of innovative country, the strategic pivot for the development of science and technology and the foundation of self-improvement of the country. Enhancing the self-innovation capability and establishing national system of innovation is needed not only in adapting the international economic competition, but also needed in entering the new stage of development of our country. To establish ourselves in the world with powerful countries and in an invulnerable position, our country must fundamentally develop human resources with great efforts, foster and raise the innovative consciousness and innovative capabilities of the whole nation and continuously raise capabilities in international competition. This is a heavy-burden and long-way arduous task in the construction of an innovative country.
