摘　　要：陈述了高等院校图书馆员年终考核的现状,从主客观两方面探讨了一些高等院校不重视图书馆员年终考核的原因。This paper expounds the present situation of the year-end assessment of university librarians, and from both subjective and objective aspects, probes into the reasons that some universities pay no attention to the year-end assessment of university librarians.
