论图书馆在大学生素质教育中的作用

摘　　要：论述了图书馆与素质教育的关系,指出图书馆是实施素质教育的平台,是培养大学生公共道德意识的第二课堂,是对大学生进行文化素质和心理素质培养的重要阵地。This paper discusses on the relation between the library and the quality educates,and points out that the library is the platform for carrying out the quality education, is the second classroom for cultivating the students＂ consciousness of the public ethics, and also is an important position for cultivating the students＂ cultural quality and psychological quality.
