摘  要:目的探讨临床诊断血管性痴呆(VD)患者急性脑梗死时的计算机体层成像(CT)与经颅多普勒(TCD)血流动力学改变和脑电图(EEG)中的脑生理性电活动的变化。方法根据(NINDS-AIREN)诊断标准,对16例临床诊断为血管性痴呆的患者进行早期检查,并对其结果数据进行分析。结果以上16例血管性痴呆患者发生急性脑梗死时,脑CT可准确显示其脑结构异常改变;TCD出现不同程度的血流速度,血流方向,频谱图形异常;而EEG同样有脑生物电活动的变化。结论CT与TCD、EEG联合应用可进一步提高血管性痴呆的早期诊断。Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis of acute brain death resulted from cerebrovascular blood disorders by using the technique of computed tomography(CT) to demonstrate the change of abnormal brain structure occurred, and the technique of transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD) to measure the change of cerebrovascular blood movement, and ehetroencephalogram(EEG) to determine the change of eletrophysiulogicol activity of the brain. Methods 16 patients with cerebrevaseular blood disorders were sdacted for the study by using the combination techniques of CT, TCD and EEG based on the standard method of NINDS-AIREN, the date collected from the early onset of the patients was taken into consideration and analysed. Results When acute brain death restrhed from cerebrovaseular blood disorder occurred, the technique of CT was able to demonstrate the change of abnormal structure of the patient's brain accurately, and by using TCD different changes of blood speed, float direction and abnormal morphology in blood system in 16 cases were measured, also the changes of electrophysiological activity were found with the EEG technique in the areas of the abnormal brain structures related to all the cases. Conclusions The applying of the combination techniques of CT, TCD and EEG is a very useful approach which could help and improve the early diagnosis of patients with cerebrovascular blood disorders.
