摘　　要：在我国社会经济发展的新时期,高职院校要进一步有针对性地开展对学生的思想教育和思想政治工作。加强对学生进行党的方针、路线、政策的教育,将思想政治教育与正确的管理措施相结合。切实了解学生思想动态,解决学生的实际问题,让思想政治工作更加贴近学生,贴近实际,更富有吸引力、说服力和感召力。In the new period of our country＇s social and economic development, high vocational colleges should further launch the ideological education and ideological and political work to students. We should not only strengthen the education of our Party ＂s route and policy to students, but also combine ideological and political education with the correct management measures. Besides, we should find out students＂ thoughts, solve students＂ practical problems, and make the ideological and political work closer to students and to reality so that we can make the ideological and political work more attractive, convincing and influencing.
