摘　　要：分析了我国企业自主创新能力的现状和提高自主创新能力的迫切性,通过分析目前企业和高校及科研院所开展合作的经验和存在的问题,并根据我国目前的国情,提出了企业与高校及科研院所开展有效合作,通过建立行业工程技术中心,提高企业自主创新能力的建议。Analysing the status quo of independence innovation ability of enterprises in our country and the imminency of improving independence innovation ability, by analyzing the experience and existing problems in cooperating among enterprises, colleges and scientific research school, according to the present situation of our country, puts forward founding industry technology centre for improving independence innovation ability of enterprises.
