摘　　要：教师考评涉及到广大教师的切身利益.为提高考评质量,结合我院教师考评的实践,认为指标体系设计、考前准备、数据提取和考评组织是实施教师考评质量控制的主要环节,并对各环节质量控制要素进行了明确和规定.The results of teacher evaluation are closely related to teachers＇ personal interest. Therefore, it is very important to improve the evaluation quality. By relating our practice, we think that designing the index system, preparing for evaluation, extracting data and organizing evaluation are the primary sectors in implementing quality-control evaluation. The major elements in each sector of quality-control are clarified and stipulated.
