摘　　要：目的评估我校2001级五年制临床医学专业内科学期末考试试卷的质量.方法选择2001级五年制临床医学专业464名学生的内科学期末考试试卷进行统计分析.结果考试成绩基本呈正态分布,最低为41分,最高为97分,平均为73.34分,标准差为23.66分,难度为0.73,区分度为0.38.结论本试卷题型分配较全面,区分度良好,比较客观地评价了学生对本门课程的掌握程度.Objective To analyze and evaluate the final examination paper for internal medicine for year 2001 undergraduates specializing in clinical medicine in our school. Methods We analyzed all of the 464 test papers of 2001 year undergraduates. Results The scores showed Gaussian distribution, with the lowest score of 41 points and highest score of 97 points （average score of 73.34 points）, the standard deviation of 23.66, the degree of difficulty of 0.73, and discrimination of 0.38. Conclusion The results show that the test paper was reliable because of comprehensive test items, moderate difficulty and reasonable score distribution.
