摘  要:目的:通过分析“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”理论来指导四时养生。方法:从精神、饮食、生活起居等方面来论述四时养生的法则。结果和结论:“春夏养阳,秋冬养阴”是养生保健、防治疾病的指导思想,人的生命活动应当顺应四时阴阳变化,才能正气充盛,健康长寿。AIM: Through the statement of “Yang-preserving in spring and summer, Yin-preserving in autumn and winter” to instruct the health-preserving in four seasons. METHODS: In the aspects of spirit, diet and habits to demonstrate the principle of health-preserving in four seasons. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Conserving Yang qi in spring and summer, and. Yin qi in autumn and winter was instruction of health cultivation, health maintenance, preventing and treating disease. The human body can keep healthy and live long if only the life activities adapt to the changes of Yin and Yang in four seasons.
