摘　　要：ISO9000族国际标准为各类组织的质量管理提供了理论基础和原则，高校管理适合实施ISO9000族标准，该标准的导入使学校发展科学、服务社会、培养人才的过程系统化、规范化，并能够提高管理水平，增加家长、学生与用人单位的满意度，有利于增强学生的就业机会。The international standard of ISO9000 provides the theory and principle for quality management of various organization. It is fit for higher education providers to practise ISO9000 in their management. These quality standards are helpful to realize systematization and standardization of higher education providers during the process of developing science, providing social services and cultivating talents. In addition, ISO9000 is advantageous to promote the management level, satisfy students, their families and employers and win more employment opportunities for students.
