摘　　要：作为新时代的高等学府,必须顺应“走教育科研之路,全面实施素质教育”的时代要求,不断提高自身的综合素质,把科研与教学有机地结合起来,坚持以教学带科研,以科研促教学,使教学和科研实验良性互动、协调发展、共同提高。培养出知识全面、兴趣广泛的新时代的优秀人才。Based on teaching purpose, to improve the quality of education is an everlasting topic for universities ,and scientific research and teaching are promoting and depending on each other in highschools,and they are not able to be separated. As a high grade university at this epoch, we should follow the vocation＂ walk the way of teaching and scientific research, improve multi kind of abilities＂. Increase our general abilityies, combine scientific research and teaching smoothly, drive scientific research with teaching and promote teaching with scientific research, make teaching and scientific research a positive direction, cooperate with each other and improve together. Foster qualified person with width knowledges and interests this epoch is our aim.
