延缓失神经肌萎缩提高功能恢复的实验研究

摘  要:目的:减轻结缔组织增生的干扰,促进神经胶质细胞增生和轴突再生,提高脊髓神经纤维的再生效果,延缓肌萎缩提高功能恢复.方法:切除狗L1-2L3-4脊髓节段,采用缝匠肌尾侧部桥接脊髓缺损局部,术后不同时间采用行为学和形态学方法进行测试和观察.结果:肌桥段内有再生的神经纤维,肌萎缩逐渐恢复,双下肢运动功能有所恢复,Tarlov Motor Scotol分级2~4级.结论:肌桥桥接脊髓缺损局部减轻结缔组织增生的干扰,提高脊髓神经纤维的再生效果,延缓肌萎缩提高功能恢复.Objective: To depress the effects of hyperplasia of connective tisses, accelerating proliferation of glial cells and axonal regeneration and promoting the regeneration effects of spinal nerve fiber and depressing the lost nerve control reticles atrophy, and promoting the recovery of their function. Methods: Spinal segements L1-2 and L3-4 of the dogs were cut. The sartorius were sutured to the local spinal defect. The spinal defect was observed by praxiologieal and morphological methods at different postoperative time. Results: There were some regenerative neve fibers in bridged musele. The atrophy muscles recovered gradually. The motor functions of the beth lower extremities gradually recovered and were graded to 2-4 by Tarlov Motor Scotol grading. Conclusion: Depressing the effects of hyperplasia of connective tisses in the local spinal defect, and promoting the effects of nerve regeneration, and depressing the lost nerve control muscles atronhv, and nromoting the recover of their function.
