摘 要:为适应新世纪心胸外科专业医学人才的培养,在心胸外科教学中实施先以病例为模板,然后根据病例提出问题,由学生主动参与模拟临床诊治全过程的问题教学法,极大地调动了学生学习的主动性,使学生树立了“只有提出问题,才能更好的解决问题”的观念,明显提高了教学效果。通过临床教学实践证实,以问题为基础的教学在心胸外科教学中具有良好的运用前景。In order to adapt the future need of the cardiac and chest surgery in talent culture in new century. We must explore and review the advantage and shortcoming of the problem-based learning used in cardiac and chest surgery teaching. Combined with the model based on the cases in our surgical, we raise some questions according to the cases and ask the students take part in the whole clinical identify process, the students activity and objective largely improved in the learning by this way and it made the students set the idea that only raise questions then resolve it better. From this method the teaching effective significantly improved, it is show that the problem - based learning have the lightly.
