摘 要:本文针对车辆噪声限制法规,提出了“通过噪声基准法”,将低噪声改进设计的基准从某一台架定置试验的标准工况调整到用“通过噪声基准法”确定的工况上来。基于此法,策略性地改变声源系统声学特性和车辆(或发动机)工作状况的对应关系,从而,大大增加了声源系统在实际使用过程中处于最佳声学状态的概率。进而达到降低噪声,净化环境的效果。并且,本文依据“通过噪声基准法”对某一摩托车车型进行了噪声源识别研究,得出了受试车噪声源特性,并提出了切实可行的改进方法。Aimed at the vehicle noise control criterions, this paper introduces a new strategy, named Passed - based method, to direct the low-noise design or modification process. In the flow of this new method, the central step is to translate the test-rig-based vehicle performances into the Passby-based ones. Namely, the basic rules of design process should depend on the test data, which is based on the Passby-based vehicle performances. According to this method, the correspondence between the acoustic characteristics of noise sources and the vehicle performances have been changed into a reasonable mode. Therefore, the probability, by which the noise source systems operate in the best acoustic performance, has increased to a great extent. Furthermore, this paper applies this new strategy, Passby - based Method, to the process of identifying the noise source of a motorcycle. The characteristics of noise sources hasve been attained. Moreover, based on these results of identification, a series of practical solutions hasve been put forward to improve the acoustic characteristics
