摘　　要：本文阐述了制造摇架弹簧的新工艺——刻蚀。结果表明:用60Si_2MnA 油淬火回火钢丝、采用新工艺制造的摇架弹簧一致性达+5(N),并且抗松弛能力和成纱质量都有提高。This article investigates a new technology—etching,for manufacturing springs of rocking stand. Results show uniformity of rocking stand springs made of 60Si_2MnA oil guenched and tempered steel raised to± 5(N)by applying this new technology.Furthermore ability of anti—relaxation and quality of spinning are both improved.
