企业高层管理团队的决策失误研究

摘　　要：高层管理团队是由在组织中承担战略决策职责的高层管理者所组成,是决定组织发展和影响组织绩效的核心群体。在总结已有研究成果基础上,分析高层管理团队的战略决策过程。经过统计问卷调查和理论分析,并结合“三因素情境理论”提出了风险及其影响因素的研究模型,辅助分析实际问题,减少决策失误。TMT （Top Management Team, TMT） refers to the team made of the top manager of an organization that is responsible for the strategic decisions. Its effectiveness and capability to make correct decisions will definitely have a farreaching and magnificent effect on the organization＇s performance. By summarizing the TMT theoretical researches, this article analyzes the TMT strategic decision making process and compares different kinds of enterprises. After analyzing the questionnaires and theoretical knowledge, we found out the potential risks and risk factors of decision failures. We propose the risk analysis model based on ＂Three-factor Scenario Theory＂ to help analyze the prarctical problems and decrease decision failures.
