摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,柔性管理日益显示其重要性。将柔性管理应用于现代高校图书馆管理,是高校图书馆建设的需要,也是高校自身发展的需要,它不仅有利于提高高校图书馆管理者的管理艺术,激发馆员工作的主动性和创造性,提高工作效益,而且有利于图书馆管理者与馆员之间、馆员与读者之间的心灵沟通,形成良好的工作、学习氛围,促进高校图书馆的建设与发展。Along with the coming of knowledge economy age, flexibility management plays an important role. So far as the tmiversity is concerned, not only library development needs flexibility management, but also university itself. Meanwhile, it motives staff members work initiative and innovative, improves their work efficiency, thus to create a harmonious atmosphere.
