摘　　要：《中国图书馆员职业道德准则》(试行)的内容精练而深厚,文章就图书馆员职业道德的核心内涵作了一定的分析,认为敬业奉献是多项规范的综合,并对敬业奉献的本质特征作了溯源描述。As for the criterion of professional ethics for Chinese librarians （a draft resolution ）it is very precise and profound itself. This paper analyses the core of a librarian＇s professional ethics. And it believes that devoting to one＇s job affairs is a combination of many different kinds of standards.In addition, is also gives a detailed account of its natural characteristics as well.
