摘　　要：目的分析病历缺陷引起医疗纠纷的情况及现实意义。方法通过医院及有关报道实际材料。结果医院败诉,造成名誉及经济损失。结论规范化书写病历的重要性。Objective To analyze the medical disputes caused by the disfigurement in the medical records Method To analyze the reports and materials from the hospital. Result Losing lawsuits always results in the loss of hospital＇s reputation and economy. Conclusion It is very important to write the medical record following the standardization.
