正交实验法优选匙羹藤总皂苷的提取工艺

摘　　要：目的研究匙羹藤总皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件。方法以匙羹藤总皂苷得率为指标,采用正交实验法考察乙醇浓度、料液比、提取时间、提取次数等4个因素对提取效果的影响。结果匙羹藤总皂苷的最佳提取工艺:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶6,提取时间3 h,提取2次。结论此最佳工艺可用于匙羹藤总皂苷的提取。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of the total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre. Methods The orthogonal test were used,in which the output of the total saponins was regarded as an examine target and the influence of four factor in the extraction of effective substance were studied. The four factors are the concentration of ethanol, ratio of material to liquid, the time of extraction and the mumber of extraction. Results The optimum extraction process of the total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre has been established as follows：the concentration of ethanol 70%, ratio of material to liquid 1：6, extraction time 3h, 2 times. Conclusion The optimum process is applicable for extraction of the total saponins of Gymnema sylvestre.
