摘 要:目的:本研究旨在评价自主研发的基于三维CT图像的牙种植外科导航系统的精确度。方法:在仿真模型(Phantom)上选取相应的标准点后,进行螺旋CT扫描。将图像资料导入导航系统重建,通过导航系统探针测出模型上相应靶点的坐标与实际坐标的差异,计算出深度和角度的误差。结果:深度测量共计108组数据,测量精度为(0.77±0.24)mm;角度测量共计87组数据,测量精度为0.55°±0.23°。结论:实验数据表明,基于CT图像的牙种植外科导航系统的精确性已可满足临床需求,特别是术前规划。但还需在临床对这一系统作进一步的验证。Objective: To evaluate the 3-dimensional (3D) accuracy of the dental implant navigation system designed by engineers of Tongji University and Shanghai University. Methods: Laboratory accuracy measurements were obtained on an acrylic resin phantom model with standard markers. It was scanned by a multislice computerized tomography (CT) scanner with high-lighted landmarks. After the CT image had been input into the navigation system, it was reconstructed automatically. Coordinates of the target points were detected by a 3D-digitizer probe and accuracy was achieved by comparing the difference between detected and standard coordinates. Results: A total of 108 length tests were evaluated, and the mean length deviation was (0.77±0.24) mm, while a total of 87 angular tests were measured and the mean angular deviation was (0.55±0.23) degrees. Conclusion: The data obtained by this in vitro study demonstrated that the accuracy of this image-guided drilling may be sufficient for clinical practice, particularly in terms of the transferability of preplanned trajectories. However, clinical trials in vivo need to be performed to evaluate the clinical accuracy and treatment quality of the navigation interventions.
