摘　　要：防空指挥决策支持系统的目标是为指挥者做决策提供技术支持,而信息技术又为决策支持系统的发展提供了良好的技术基础,特别是将GIS技术应用于决策支持系统中,为指挥者提供了更为直观的可视化界面。本文针对防空指挥决策支持系统的特点,提出了系统设计的原则,给出了地理信息技术在系统中的应用,重点介绍了电子地图的绘制、电子地图的集成和动态图层的建立。An air defense decision-making support system is used to provide technical support for commanders to make decision, while information technology acts as a powerful technical infrastructure. With GIS technique integrated, a decision-supportlng system can provide a visual interface for commanders. According to the characteristics of the system, principles of the design of an air defense decision-making support systems is present in this paper, which describes the application of geographic information technique in the system, with the emphasis on the drawing and integration of electronic maps.
