摘　　要：随着医学的发展,知识的不断更新,继续医学教育已成为卫生人员的一种终身性教育。总结我院自1998年开展和实施继续医学教育以来8年的经验和体会,对教学内容与形式、管理模式等方面进行经验总结,同时对某些方面的不足,提出自己的建议。With the development of the medical science and the updating of the knowledge, further medical education has become a life long education for all the health service workers. Since 1998, our hospital has been committing in the further medical education for 8 years, during which we have formed a systematic management mode with a mature teaching method, and have come up with our suggestions on some respects to be improved.
