摘  要:目的:掌握浙江省食品中产单核李斯特菌污染状况。以及内化素基因(Inl)和李氏溶血素O(Hly)两种致病基因携带情况。方法:按GB4789.30方法分离单增生李斯特菌,采用PCR技术检测李斯特菌的两种致病基因。结果:2000~2004年从2282份食品中共分离产单核李斯特菌163株,总污染率为7.14%(163/2282)。生肉类、熟肉及水产品的污染率分别为12.80%、7.67%和2.24%;114份生食蔬菜中1份标本分离到产单核李斯特菌;285份乳及乳制品、59份冰激凌均未分离到产单核李斯特菌;163株产单核李斯特菌有155株同时检测到内化素基因和李氏溶血素O基因。结论:我省存在发生李斯特菌食物中毒的潜在危险。Objective:To find out the practical situation of L. monocytogenes contamination in food of Zhejiang Province and detect carrying rate of the two pathogenic genes Inl and Hly. Methods:L. monocytogenes strain was isolated according to GB - 4789. 30 and its two pathogenic genes were detected by PCR. Results: An examination on 2 282 samples of food from Zhejiang Province for the detection of L. monocytogenes was carried out in 2000 - 2004, 163 cases of Lm were found, that means a total contamination rate of 7. 14%. Its contamination rates detected in raw meat, cooked meat and fishery products were 12. 80%, 7.67% and 2. 24% respectively. L. monocytogenes strain was not detected in the 285 milk or dairy products samples and 59 ice cream samples. Among the total 169 cases, 155 of them carried both Listeriolysin O and Internalin gene. Conclusion :There is the potential threat of food poisoning caused by L. monocytogenes in Zhejiang Province.
