摘 要:针对决策者权重和准则权重信息不完全确定且评价信息为语言值的多准则指派问题,提出了一种新的求解方法。该方法利用二元语义对语言评价信息进行处理和运算。首先将决策者在各准则下给出的语言评价矩阵转化为二元语义,并利用二元语义的Δ函数及其逆函数Δ-1将其结集为群体在不同准则下的评价矩阵,然后利用二元语义的算术平均算子将不同准则下的评价矩阵结集为综合效率矩阵,再结合决策者权重和准则权重的不完全确定信息等构建非线性混合整数规划模型,并利用粒子群算法与匈牙利算法联合进行求解。最后实例说明该方法的可行性和有效性。As concerning group multi-criteria assignment problem with linguistic assessment information, a new method is proposed, in which the decision-makers′ weights are uncertain, and so are criteria weights. The two-tuple is applied to aggregate the linguistic assessment information. Firstly, the preference matrixes of the decision makers are transformed into two tuples. Secondly, with the function △ and △ ^(-1) of two tuple, all decision makers′ preference matrixes are aggregated at each criteria, and then be aggregated into the synthetic efficiency matrix according to the arithmetic-averaging operator of two-tuple. The nonlinear mixed integral programming model is constructed based on the uncertain information of the decision makers′ weights and criteria weights, and the model is worked out with the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm and Hungary Algorithm. Finally an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the method.
