摘  要:通过对S市的特殊教育学校基本情况进行调查,分析了S市特殊教育学校近年来的发展状况,指出了存在资源没有很好整合、办学效益相对较低,学校地处远郊,教室和宿舍条件较差,教学设备陈旧、数量不足,教师的现有水平仍有待于提高,存在性别结构不太合理的现象,经费来源渠道单一并不足等问题。提出了可以从改变观念,提高认识,优化整合办学资源,鼓励教师通过自学和科研提高自身素质,组织短期培训班和组建校办工厂等方面着手来改善目前的状况的建议。This article analyzes special schools' development in S city in recent years by investigating basic situations of special schools in this city. At the same time, the following problems are pointed out: efficiency of running schools are relatively low since resources are not efficiently combined; the schools are located in outer suburbs, classrooms and dormitories are in poor conditions and there is lack of teaching equipments; quality of teachers should be improved and gender proportion is unbalanced;channel of funds is single and scarce. The following suggestions are then proposed: current situations can be improved through changing concepts, developing understanding, optimizing distribution of resources of running schools, encouraging teachers to improve their quality through self- learning and doing research, and organizing short - term training and building school factory.
