摘 要:上海中山环路沿圈是城市灾害的高发区.城市综合灾害的诱发和灾损后果与城市自然生态、经济生态、社会生态等因素的背景条件有控制制约相关关系.为防灾减灾目的,应用模糊矩阵数学方法对中山环路沿圈的12个统计小区,选用13个相关因子进行复合生态总体综合评价.评价结论很差和较差的6个小区是灾害重点防治小区,并提出了复合生态因子的优化方向.The interior region of Zhongshan Ring Road of Shanghai is a high incidence zone of urban disasters. Fire,waterlogging, traffic accidents and other urban disasters are not uncommon within the belt. The occurrence and resulting damages of urban disasters are related to its urban natural-economic-social complex ecosystem. Within the belt there are 12districts, with the method of fuzzy matrix mathematics,the 12 districts are comprehensively assessed according to 13 factors of complex ecosystem.The assessment shows that 6 districts which are rated as poor in ecological quality are the key districts for precaution against urban disasters. The optimum directions for the protection of urban complex ecosystems are demonstrated in the paper.
