摘  要:目的 探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子及其受体在脊柱转移癌中的定量表达,及其与新生血管形成之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化及图像分析技术,检测77例人脊柱转移癌组织VEGF、FLT、FLK-1表达和微血管密度计数(Microvessels count MVC)。结果VEGF、FLT、ELK-1主要表达于转移癌细胞。VEGF表达以肺癌转移组最高为3.16±0.23(P〈0.01),FLK-1表达以乳腺癌组为最高2.98±0.18(P〈0.01)。新生血管形成多位于转移癌的侵袭性边缘。平均MVC计数20.93±11.82个(8.8-67.3)。FLK-1、FLT、VEGF表达和MVC计数之间均呈显著相关(P〈0.01)。结论血管内皮细胞生长因子及其受体的表达在脊柱转移癌新生血管形成的过程中具有重要作用。Objective To explore the quantitative expression of vascular endothelial cell growth factor( VEGF) and its receptors and the correlation with vasiformation. Methods The expression of VEGF, FLT and FLK-1 and microvessels count (MVC) were studied by using the immunohistochemical method and the image analysis technique in 77 cases of spinal metastasis. Results VEGF, FLT and FLK-1 mainly expressed in metastasis cells. The expression of VEGF was the highest in lung metastasis group (3.16 ±0.23, P 〈0.01), meanwhile FLK-1 in the breast metastasis group (2.98 ±0. 18, P 〈0.01). New vessels were formed mainly on the invasive edge of metastasis. The mean MVC was 20.93 ± 11.82 ( range 8.8-67.3 ). The expression of VEGF, FLT and FLK-1 was significantly correlated with MVC ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The expression of VEGF and its receptors has a significant influence on vasiformation in the spinal metastasis.
