白毒伞中毒死亡病例血液检验指标变化分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨白毒伞中毒死亡病例血液检验指标变化情况。方法:比较白毒伞中毒死亡病例和抢救成功病例血液检验指标。结果:白毒伞中毒死亡病例血液检验指标升高明显,和抢救成功病例比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:白毒伞中毒导致多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)是患者死亡的主要原因。应做好早期诊治和预防。Objective： To explore the change of laboratory test index of blood of amanita verna poisoning death patients. Methotis： Laboratory test index of blood of amanita vema poisoning death patients and patients who were successfully cured were compared. Results： Laboratory test index of blood of amanita verna poisoning death patients risen obviously. There were significant differences among tham when compared with patients who were successfully cured （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： MODS is main death cause in amanita verna poisoning patients. It should be early diagnosed and prevented.
