摘　　要：传统的高等教育理念已不能适应大众化高等教育发展的要求。通过对高等教育理念内涵的深刻理解,并结合高等教育的实际情况,必须建立以“质量观”为基础的新的高等教育理念。它体现在高等教育的教育目标、教育管理、教育方法、教育产品和教育评价等方面,是综合的整体的质量。The conventional higher education idea doesn＇t suit the demand of higher popularized education development any longer. With a practical study of the higher education, a novel idea of higher education based on quality-opinion has been proposed by understanding the meanings of higher education idea. And It will symbolize in the higher education goal, management, method, product and evaluation respectively.
