摘 要:国家基础教育课程改革实验区开展《体育与健康课程标准》实验以来,取得了显著的成绩,但在实施过程中还存在一些认识“误区”。从“健康第一”指导思想与运动技能学习之关系、新型学习方式与传统学习方式之关系,学生的运动兴趣、三级课程管理、学习评价的可操作性等方面,对存在的认识“误区”进行疏导;分析影响《体育与健康课程标准》实施的几个观点。提出:应正视课程改革中存在的问题,坚定深化体育课程改革的信心和决心。Since the test of "Curricular Standards for Physical Education and Health"was made in the Experimental Zone of National Fundamental Education Curriculum Reform, the notable results have been achieved, but there is still some "misunderstanding" in the process of implementing the above standards. It dredged away the existing misunderstanding from the relations of the guiding ideology of "health first'with exercise skill learning and the new learning mode with the traditional learning one, as well as the students' interest in exercise, three-grade curriculum marm^ement, the operationability of evaluation of earning etc., and analyzed several viewpoints that influenced the enforcement of "Curricular Standards for Physical Education and Health", thus pointing out that it was necessary to face squarely the issues existing in the curriculum reform and strengthen the confidence and determination to deepen P.E. curriculum reform.
