摘　　要：对百名医学博士的16种人格因素及8种次级因素的调查发现,该群体基本人格心理因素处于常态水平;男性在兴奋性、敢为性、世故性、忧虑性、独立性因素上高于常模均值,在恃强性、有恒性、实验性、自律性上低于常模均值。女性在敢为性、世故性上高于常模均值,在恃强性上低于常模均值;男女博士生在独立性、实验性、自律性3项人格因素中存在显著性差异。The investigation of 16 personality factors and 8 sub-factors conducted in 100 medical doctor candidates shows that the personality psychology factors within this group of people stand at the average level. As a whole, the F, H, N, O and Q2 factors of male and the H and N factors of female are above the norm average, while the E, G, Q1 and Q3 factors of male and the E factor of female are below the average level. However, significant differences exit between 3 personality factors （Q2, Q1, Q3） of the male and female doctor candidates. Besides, 5 factors of the 100 M.D. in different professional ages （divided by a 10-years limit） reveal remarkable differences. In addition, analysis of variance on different age litnits and professionals also present great diversities.
