影响女性精神分裂症患者复发的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的 研究影响女性精神分裂瘟病人复发的相关因素。方法 以2002年1月～2003年1月问在我院复诊的女性精神分裂瘟病人为研究对象，共有68例复发病人入组，自行设计调查问卷，内容包括年龄、病程、复发次数、复发时间等19项。通过询问病人的监护人或了解情况的其他亲属，完成问卷的填写。资料经计算机进行分析。结果 研究发现女性精神分裂瘟病人的复发与服药时间、药物种类和经济状况等有关，进一步分析发现，患者认为病愈后不需继续服药、不能耐受药物不良反应和认为自己无病而拒绝服药等是造成病人在家停止治疗的主要原因，占58．83％。结论 服药时间、药物种类和经济状况是影响女性精神分裂瘟复发的主要原因，在临床实践中注意至到这些因素，可能会延缓患者的复发。Obieetive To investigated the factors of relapsing speed in female with schizophrenia. Methods 68 cases were involved in the study, the questionnaire was designed myself, 19 items totally including age, episode, time of treatment in home et al. Finished the questionnaire by inquired the guardian or the closely relative of patients who know about them. The data was analyzed in computer. Results Time of treatment in home, type of medicine and economic level is related to relapsing speed of female with schizophrenia, and further found 58. 83% cases ceased treatment by thinking neednt treatment constantly after recovered, couldn＇t tolerated the adverse events and refused treatment due to deny her own disease. Conclusion Time of treatment in home, type of medicine, and economic level is important factors of relapse speed of female with schizophrenia, if we pay attention to clinical practice, the relapse of female with schizophrenia may be postponed.
