摘　　要：针对我国民事审前准备程序的现状及其存在的弊端,并结合司法改革实践,提出我国民事审前准备程序的构建应从明确被告提交答辩状的义务、强化当事人的举证责任、建立法官主持下的证据交换制度和建立举证时效制度方面着手进行。In terms of the present state and existent shortcomings of civil procedure before trial of our country, and in combination with justicial reform practice, the article suggests the construction of civil procedure before trial of our country should be carried out from four aspects： determining the duty of the defender submitting answer, strengthening the evidential burden of the client, establishing system of evident exchange presided by judge and system of evidential limitation.
