培养料钴-60辐射杀菌栽培平菇试验

摘　　要：培养料钴-60辐射杀菌栽培食用菌,所用的培养料、装培养料的容器及其附件、栽培方法、辐射杀菌方法都与常规使用的基本相同。辐射吸收剂量为100万rad。在经辐射杀菌的玉米芯、棉子壳培养料上,平菇的菌丝和子实体生长情况正常,生物学效率(干/干)分别为5.6%和9.7%。Pleurotus Ostreatus cultural medium was sterilized with Co-60 and the applied cultural medium,container of the medium and the accessory, culture method and the radiation sterilization were the same with the routine. Radiation absorbtion dosage was one million tad. The results showed that growth condition for hypha and fruit of pleurotus ostreatus on medium of maize cob and cotton seed shell and sterlized with Co-60 was normal and the biological efficiencies were 5.6 % and 9.7 % respectively.
