摘 要:设计和研制两种类型多触点消沫传感器:单根多触点型、多很多触点型,并配以单片微机仪表。实践证明,此类型传感器的误报率远小于1,迟滞时间<5秒,能耐140℃高温消毒。配以仪表后,可正确区分泡沫的真伪信号,可实现闭环控制,可正确区分接触泡沫,粘附泡沫,泡沫脱离等状态,可消除系统的干扰信号并可实现较远距离的信息传输。Two types of multi-contact foam-eliminating sensor have been designed and developed.They are single-bat multi-contact type and multi-bar multi-contact type, each matched with a micro-processor instrument. It has been proved through practice that signalling failure rate is much less than 1,delay time <5 seconds. It can withstand high temperature sterilization at 140℃. Matched with an instrument, The device can identify ture signals from false ones. closed loop control can be realized. It can distinguish contacting form, adhering form and form-disengagement, and eliminate system interference signals,and remote distance information transmission can be realized.
