摘　　要：医学院校与综合性大学合并使得医学生源相对“短缺”,部分医学生专业思想不稳定,综合性大学应加强医学专业的招生宣传,赋予医学专业一定的招生自主权,同时注重医学生专业思想教育,医学院更要通过自我提升和改革来吸引优秀考生。Some problems were present with the universities combination,such as the relative scarcity of medical students and some students＇lower enthusiasm for medicine.The university should establish policies to improve the quality of medical students, such as enlarging self-determination fight to recruit medical students,strengthening the specialty thought of students.And further reformation and self-enhancement of medical college were more important for attracting excellent students.
