摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是最常见的神经系统变性性疾病之一,其发病原因和确切的发病机制尚不清楚,可能与遗传、环境等多种因素有关。近年来的研究表明PD的发病具有遗传学基础。目前PD遗传学的研究成为热点,为明确PD的发病机制带来了希望。Parkinson＇ s disease （PD） is one of the most common neurological degenerative diseases with unknown causes and pathogenesis, and may be associated with genetic and environmental factors. Recent studies showed that PD had genetic basis. Genetics research of PD has been a hot topic nowadays, which provides hope for revealing the pathogenesis of PD.
