摘　　要：企业边界取决于企业的核心知识和能力所能支持的企业活动的范围。企业在信息技术革命背景下调整其内、外部边界以应对不确定性显著增加的外部环境,引起了企业网络化趋势,同时也使产业组织发生了演化,产业组织的演化是企业之间的自组织现象,其结果是提高了产业的竞争秩序和效率,促进了企业网络的发展。Firm boundaries could be determined by the scope of the activities that are supported by the core capabilities of firms. Finns adjust their interior and exterior boundaries to respond to the notable increase of uncertainty of environment in the development of IT revolution. The pattern of inter-firm network has become popular, and this causes the evolution of industrial organization which is an evidence of self-organization of finns. The evolution of industrial organization enhances the order and efficiency of industry and promotes the growth of inter-firm networks.
