摘 要:在传统教育中,教师总是把学生看作对象化的客体,持一种物化的学生观,学生只会服从,不会思考,更不会创新。无疑,这样的学生观,不适于当今的时代。创新教育要求教师把学生当作活生生的人,尊重学生,激活学生的思考意识、创新意识,坚持人化的学生观。这是一种相互尊重、相互交融的师生关系。创新教育的实施需要人化的学生观和相互体验、交融的师生关系。The teachers always regard the students as an object in traditional education. In this view the teachers are autocrats. The students have no thinking, no creating ideas, except obeying teachers. Undoubtedly, such students don' t meet the need of time. In creative education, the teachers regard the students as alive men, respect them, inspire them to think and create. The view of inciting a relationship of respecting each other between the teachers and students. The creative education demands the teachers takes students as hadependent individuals and go well along with them.
