摘  要:实施素质教育的关键在教师,学生的整体素质要提高,教师的素质首先要提高。从调查结果可以看出,农村中学化学教师的职业道德意识淡薄、教学能力差、教育理念落后、专业知识贫乏、自我专业发展意识差。可以通过“自主”策略、“激励”策略、“校本”策略以及“强化”策略来提高农村中学化学教师素质。The key of implementing quality-oriented education is a teacher, Students' whole quality should be improved, the teacher's quality should be improved first. Can be found out from the investigation result, rural middle school professional ethics of chemistry teacher consciousness thin, teaching ability bad, educational idea lag behind, professional knowledge poor developing consciousness to be bad while being professional while being self-. Can pass and improve the rural teacher's status and treatment, strengthen the construction of chemical laboratory, develop the activity of feasible teaching research and scientific research activity, strengthen, train with self-education, improve and plan school employing system tactics come, raise rural quality, chemistry teacher of middle school.
