摘　　要：21世纪,知识经济的发展给图书馆的发展带来深刻的变革,图书馆要与时俱进,与社会的发展相适应就必须实施知识管理。本文试图在介绍其概念、特征的同时,就如何在图书馆实施知识管理的措施展开探讨。The 21st century, the knowledge economy development brings the profound transformation for the library development, library development and time synchronization,commensurate with the development of society on the need to implement knowledge management. This attempt to introduce its concepts,features and in the library on how to implement measures to express my views on knowledge management.
